Touga

Touga from Revolutionary Girl: Utena. My friend introduced me to this anime, claiming it was the best anime ever made. I wouldn't say best, but it is pretty awesome. Touga is one of my favorite characters. I drew this picture for that friend, and as such, she has a copy sitting in her room.

I do not own Touga or Revolutionary Girl: Utena. Strangley enough that person is also the person who owns Sailor Moon.
